I have transferred funds but they were returned.
Please check all the payment details in advance (they can be found within Bourgeois Bohème app under the section “+”) and make sure you have entered the correct details for the receiving bank. Also, please check that you have not exceeded the maximum balance of your account (see the limits in Fees and limits). If your transfers are still not being accepted, please contact your Personal Manager through your Bourgeois Bohème App or send us an email to support@bobofin.com.
