Can I have the balance of my Bourgeois Bohème account refunded to me?
If you wish to have your balance refunded, we can transfer the money to your chosen account, and you can retain the Bourgeois Bohème payment devices for future use. You can request a refund by emailing us at support@bobofin.com or contacting your Personal Manager through Bourgeois Bohème App. Please note, there is a fee for refunding your balance (please refer to the Fees and limits section).
